Repeat Prescriptions

  • green_pill_spillAll repeat prescriptions are computerised and you will be given a request slip listing medications you can order without seeing a doctor unless you are due to see the Doctor for a Medication Review.

Requests can be made by ticking the items that you require and;

  • Placing the slip into the Reception Prescription Box
  • Sending it in by post with a stamped addressed envelope
  • Faxing to 01142570069
  • Email using the facility on the website
  • Currently we do take prescription requests by telephone if you cannot use any other means, but as this does take up time you are requested to use the other methods. When you telephone the surgery please leave your unique identification number (if known), name, address, date of birth and medication required. Please also leave a telephone number should we need to contact you.

Nice_blue_pillsIf you order your prescription before 4pm, using the methods above, we shall have your prescription ready after 2pm the next working day.

 If you have sight problems and would like an A4 size list of your repeat prescriptions, please ask the receptionist.
